EuroClojure brings an international community of practitioners and organizations together in Prague and is already receiving strong institutional recognition. EuroClojure 2027 will be held under the auspices of Karel Havlíček, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, and Zdeněk Zajíček, President of the Czech Chamber of Commerce.
For organizations that build with Clojure, sponsoring EuroClojure is an opportunity to strengthen the ecosystem on which their own long-term investment in the technology depends. It is a way to demonstrate leadership and to show people who care about their craft that your organization is a place where thoughtful engineering is taken seriously.

At the same time, sponsorship provides the foundation for a smoothly run conference where knowledge can be shared, connections can form, and the wider community can grow stronger.

Packages
The sponsorship packages build on one another. Every level includes the preceding benefits and then some. Every sponsor will be recognized on the conference website. From €2,500 onward, recognition will also extend to the conference itself. Higher levels add physical presence, broader visibility across the surrounding events, and increasingly prominent individual recognition.
Space for stands and other physical placements is limited, so packages that include them will be available only in small numbers.

Website Sponsor (€1,250)
The sponsor’s logo will be displayed on the EuroClojure website and in at least one shared sponsor thank-you post on social media.

Event Sponsor (€2,500)
This level includes website recognition as well as the sponsor’s logo in the shared sponsor presentation at the conference.

Visibility Sponsor (€5,000+)
An opportunity for a limited number of sponsors to display a roll-up banner in the hallway at the conference, together with:

Conference Sponsors (€10,500+)
Up to four Conference Sponsors will each receive the benefits of the preceding levels, together with:

Recognition on the shared sponsor displays at the business evening and closing social event |

Discounts on three standard tickets and one business conference ticket |

Principal Sponsors (€21,000+)
Up to two Principal Sponsors will receive the benefits of the preceding levels, together with:

Anniversary Sponsor (€42,280)
This exclusive package will be available to one organization and will include the benefits of all preceding levels, with an expanded and more prominent presence throughout EuroClojure.
The package is expected to include:

A dedicated corner in the observatory lounge, with a table, large display, and additional refreshments |

Prominent placement on the main stage, in the conference lobby, and on the conference website |

Recognition in the videos produced from the conference |

An opportunity for a short welcome before the opening keynote, either in person or as a prerecorded video |

A table or stand at the workshop venue |

An expanded presence at the business evening and closing social event |

Conference tickets are purchased separately from sponsorship packages to keep their tax treatment straightforward and avoid making VAT applicable to the whole sponsorship package. Where a package includes ticket benefits, standard conference tickets receive a 10% sponsor discount and business conference tickets a 20% sponsor discount, up to the quantities specified above. Tickets purchased at a sponsor rate will be issued with badges identifying the attendee’s affiliation with the sponsor.
A limited number of rooms at OREA Hotel Pyramida, the conference venue, will be available to all attendees through a dedicated booking link at a fixed conference rate. We will also be happy to assist sponsors with any special accommodation arrangements. For individuals and teams who would prefer a quieter, authentic experience or a longer stay, we can arrange accommodation at Hotel Adalbert, right next to Břevnov Monastery, where we will have the workshops on Wednesday and the closing social event on Friday. If you wish to stay near Červený Jelen, where the business evening will take place on Thursday, we will be happy to help with that as well.
These sponsorship packages are still preliminary, and some details may evolve as planning continues. We are happy to discuss individual requirements while keeping the overall package structure transparent and consistent for all sponsors.
The prices above are stated before any taxes that may apply in the sponsor’s country. We will confirm the appropriate VAT treatment with each sponsor as part of the sponsorship agreement.
